1) CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Espitia called the meeting to order at 7:30p.m.

Also Present: City Manager Zervis, Assistant City Manager Allen, City Clerk Hight, Executive Assistant Rodriguez, Community Development Director Allinder, Sgt. Craig and Lt. Cornelison.
3) COMMUNICATIONS FROM AUDIENCE - none
4) CONSENT CALENDAR -
a) Approval of Minutes from the Regular Meeting July 20, 2010.
b) Approval of Bill Paying List, total amount of $712.24
c) Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and Approve Publication of All Ordinances in Summary Form.
Director Wegman made a motion to approve calendar, seconded by Director Hively.
Motion carried 4-0-1. Director Cortez absent.

7) CLOSED SESSION none
8) ADJOURNMENT Chairman Espitia adjourned the regular meeting of the RDA at 7:31p.m.
