1) CALL TO ORDER Chairman Espitia called the meeting to order at 8:03 p.m.

3) COMMUNICATIONS FROM AUDIENCE none
4) CONSENT CALENDAR -
a) Approval of Minutes from the Regular Meeting July 6, 2010.
b) Approval of Bill Paying List, total amount of $35,846.40
c) Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and Approve Publication of All Ordinances in Summary Form
Director Cortez made a motion to approve, seconded by Director Hively. Motion carried with a 5-0-0 vote.
5) Report and Possible Approval, RE: 10-164 A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Wasco Redevelopment Agency Approving a Loan Agreement By and Between the City of Wasco and the Wasco Redevelopment Agency. (Zervis)
Executive Director Zervis gave the staff report and recommended approval. Since this item was previously discussed in the regular city council meeting dated July 20, 2010, there was only brief discussion and Director Hively made a motion to approve, seconded by Director Cortez. Motion carried with the following vote:
AYES: Espitia, Cortez, Hively, Wegman, West
NOES: None

ABSENT: None
