1) CALL TO ORDER Chairman Espitia called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m.

Staff: Executive Director Zervis, Assistant Director Allen, Vickie Hight, City Clerk, Executive Assistant Rodriguez, Community Development Director Allinder, Deputy Cantu

4) CONSENT CALENDAR -
a) Approval of Minutes from the following meetings:
- Regular Meeting on June 15, 2010
- Special Meeting on June 21, 210
b) Approval of Bill Paying List, total amount of $7,233.95
c) Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and Approve Publication of All Ordinances in Summary Form.
Without discussion Director Wegman made a motion to approve, 2nd by Member Cortez. Motion carried with a 3-0-2 vote. Directors Hively and West absent.

8) ADJOURNMENT Chairman Espitia adjourned the regular meeting of the RDA at 7:33p.m.
