1) CALL TO ORDER Chairman Espitia called the meeting to order at 7:28 p.m.

Executive Director Zervis, Public Works Director Allen, City Clerk Hight, Executive Assistant Rodriguez
3) COMMUNICATIONS FROM AUDIENCE - None
4) CONSENT CALENDAR -
a) Approval of Minutes from the regular meeting on May 18th 2010.
b) Approval of Bill Paying List, total amount of $17,666.93
c) Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and Approve Publication of All Ordinances in Summary Form.
Chairman Wegman made a motion to approve, 2nd by Member Hively. Motion carried 5-0-0
5) Report, Public Hearing and Possible Approval, RE:10-163 A RESOLUTION OF THE WASCO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF WASCO ADOPTING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE WASCO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010-11. (Zervis)
Chairman Espitia opened the public hearing and asked for comment, hearing no comment, closed the public hearing at 7:29p.m.
Without discussion or presentation, Director Wegman made a motion to approve, 2nd by Director Hively. Motion carried with the following vote:
Ayes: Espitia, Cortez, Hively, Wegman, West
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
City Clerk Hight read the resolution title.
