1) CALL TO ORDER Chairman Espitia called the meeting to order at 7:55p.m.

3) COMMUNICATIONS FROM AUDIENCE - none
4) CONSENT CALENDAR -
a) Approval of Bill Paying List, total amount of $80,000.00
b) Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and Approve Publication of All Ordinances in Summary Form.
Without discussion Director Wegman made a motion to approve, 2nd by Director Hively. Motion carried with a 3-0-2 vote. West and Cortez absent.
5) Report and Possible Approval, RE: A First Amendment to Contract for Services by and between the Wasco Redevelopment Agency and Urban Futures, Inc. relating to the proposed redevelopment plan for Wasco Redevelopment Project Area No. 2. (Zervis)
Executive Director Zervis gave brief report. Director Wegman asked what the price was, staff answered $8700.00. Director Wegman made a motion to approve, 2nd by Director Hively. Motion carried with a 3-0-2 vote. Directors Cortez and West absent.
6) Report and Possible Approval, RE: 10-162 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WASCO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TAKING CERTAIN ACTIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPOSED WASCO REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA NO. 2. (Allinder)
Community Development Director Allinder gave a brief report and recommended approval.
Director Hively made a motion to approve, 2nd by Director Wegman. Motion carried with the following vote:

NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Cortez, West
