The Code Compliance Division is staffed by a Code Compliance Officer I, Angie Benavides, who can be reached by phone and email.
The Code Compliance Division has the following responsibilities:
* Assists the public by providing information related to building and construction requirements within the City.
* Protects the public interest through investigation of Code Compliance complaints.
* Conducts inspections of properties to determine compliance with various City Codes.
* Assists the Planning and Building Divisions with related land use and building matters.
