SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Monday, December 18, 2006 – 7:00pm
1) Planning Chairperson Campbell opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.

Also present Planning Director Keith Woodcock, Secretary Stacie Lopez, City Clerk Vickie Hight, Senior Planner Dennis McNamara, Associate Planner Patricia Manry, Assistant Planner Anthony Jaquez.
4) PUBLIC HEARING – POLICY ITEMS
a) Consider Resolution of the Wasco Planning Commission to Revise the 2010, 2020, and 2030 Growth Boundaries to Place the Proposed 1,800 Acre Rose City Industrial Park Within the 2010 Growth Boundary.
Keith Woodcock read the necessary findings and explained the areas covered by the boundaries and the need for the revision recommending approval of the resolution. After a lengthy discussion Chairperson Campbell closed the public hearing at 7:35 p.m.
Resolution of the Wasco Planning Commission to Revise the 2010, 2020, and 2030 Growth Boundaries – Resolution 06-40
Chairperson Campbell made a motion to approve, 2nd by Brown. Motion carried with the following vote:
AYES: Arredondo, Campbell, Mitchell, Santillan
NOES:
ABSTAIN: Drescher
ABSENT: Voth
Senior Planner McNamara read the resolution title.
RESOLUTION 06-40 – A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Wasco, regarding the Application of the City of Wasco for Revision of the 2010, 2020, and 2030 Growth Boundaries.
5) ADJOURNMENT – 7:43 p.m. Brown made a motion to adjourn, 2nd by Santillan. All in favor motion carried.
