a) TENTATIVE TRACT 6449 Phases 2 and 3 Extension Request and Resolution- A Request to extend Tentative Tract 6449 Phases 2 and 3. Location: Southwest corner of the intersection of Central Avenue and 7th Street; APN: 488-260-01,02; CEQA Determination: Categorically exempt; Applicant Porter Robertson Engineering/Ennis Land Development, LLC
b) Zone Variance 07-02 and Resolution- Zone variance to allow an encroachment of four and a half (4 ½) feet into the required five (5) foot side yard setback on one side of the subject parcels. Location: Eighteen parcels within El Dorado Estates located north of Poplar Ave., at 1750 Poplar Avenue., Wasco, CA 93280; APNs: 489-171-02, 04, 07, 08, 12, and 14; 489-172- 01, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17; Applicant: Timothy Cox
c) Zone Ordinance Amendment 07-02(a) and Resolution- Project is an amendment to the following sections of the City of Wasco Zoning Ordinance Section 17.73.14(B) yard encroachments, Table 17-4 Residential Zone Development Standards. This amendment will allow for a twenty (20) foot front yard setback for new construction under certain conditions. CEQA Determination: Categorically exempt per Section 15061(b)(3), the General Rule, of the California Environmental Quality Act; Applicant: City of Wasco
d) Zone Ordinance Amendment 07-03 and Resolution- Amendment to the following section of the City of Wasco Zoning Ordinance: Section 17.19.01 to replace existing subsection pertaining to secondary dwelling units in order to bring it into conformance with State Law; CEQA Determination- categorically exempt per Section 15061 (B)(3), the General Rule, of the California Environmental Quality Act. Applicant: City of Wasco
e) Zone Ordinance Amendment 07-04 and Resolution- Amendment to the City of Wasco Zoning Ordinance: Section 17.03 Definitions to include new Definitions for Dwelling Unit and Dwelling-Single Family. These amendments will help clarify that only a single kitchen is allowed in a single family dwelling unit; CEQA Determination- categorically exempt per Section 15061 (b)(3), the General Rule, of the Californian Environmental Quality Act; Applicant: City of Wasco.
f) Zone Ordinance Amendment 07-05 and Resolution- Amendment to the City of Wasco Zoning Ordinance: Section 17.03 Definitions to include a new definition for summer kitchens/outdoor kitchens. CEQA Determination- categorically exempt per Section 15061 (b)(3), the General Rule, of the California Environmental Quality Act. Applicant: City of Wasco
g) Zone Ordinance Amendment 07-06 and Resolution- Amendment to the City of Wasco Zoning Ordinance: Section 17.03 Definitions to include a definition of Casita; CEQA Determination- categorically exempt per Section 15061 (b)(3), the General Rule, of the California Environmental Quality Act.
