a) Parcel Map Waiver #05-02 – A Parcel Map Waiver to divide one (1) nineteen thousand eight hundred and forty five (19,845) sq. foot parcel into two (2) smaller parcels. Parcel 1 being ten thousand two hundred and thirty seven sq. feet (10,,237.05) and Parcel 2 being nine thousand six hundred and seven sq. feet in size (9,607.95). b) Parcel Map Waiver #05-03 – A Parcel Map Waiver to divide one (1) seven and three quarter (7.72) acre parcel into two (2) smaller parcels.
