b) Amendment to the Subdivision Ordinance 06-01 and Resolution – Amendment to Section 16.46 of the City of Wasco Subdivision Ordinance changing the acreage requirement for park dedication from 2.5 acres per thousand residents to 3.0 acres; Applicant: City of Wasco
c) Zone Change 06-02 and Resolution – A change to Section 17.19.01H of the City of Wasco Zoning ordinance as it relates to the date of construction of a manufactured housing unit. Applicant: City of Wasco
