b)      TENTATIVE TRACT 6600, Mitigated Negative Declaration, Resolution
A 153 lot subdivision on approximately 34.18 acres of land designated as Low Density Residential by the City of Wasco’s General Plan Land Use map.  Approximately one-half mile northeast of the intersection of Palm Ave., and Hwy. 46.
