1) CALL TO ORDER Mayor Pro Tem Espitia called the meeting to order at 4:00p.m.

ABSENT: Mayor West, Member Cortez
City Manager Zervis, City Clerk Hight, Public Works Director Allen, PMC Consultant Allinder
4) COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE: none
5) Report and Possible Introduction of an Ordinance, RE: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WASCO RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 2008-563, WHICH AMENDED THE CITY OF WASCO'S OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY ADDING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - HEAVY INDUSTRIAL (PD-HI 0802) FOR THE ROSE CITY INDUSTRIAL PARK PROJECT AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 1,640 ACRES AS REFLECTED IN EXHIBIT A TO ORDINANCE NO. 2008-563. (Allinder)
PMC Consultant Allinder gave a brief report and recommended approval of the introduction.
Mayor Pro Tem Espitia asked for comment or questions, hearing none, Member Wegman made a motion to approve, 2nd by Member Hively. Motion carried with the following vote:
AYES: Espitia, Hively Wegman
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Cortez, West
City Clerk Hight read the ordinance title
Mayor Pro Tem Espitia made a motion to move into closed session at 4:05 p.m.
Member Cortez arrived at 4:05 p.m
6) CLOSED SESSION:
a) Conference with Real Property Negotiator (City Manager) Regarding Price and Terms of Payment for Acquisition and Lease of Real Property Described as 810 8th Street, Wasco CA 93280 Per Government Code Section 54956.8.
Mayor Pro Tem Espitia reconvened regular session at 4:22 p.m.
City Manager Zervis reported that direction was given.
7) ADJOURNMENT Member Wegman made a motion to adjourn at 4:22, 2nd by Member Hively. Motion carried meeting adjourned.
