Joint Budget Workshop/Study Sessions MINUTES

1. Roll Call
Present: Mayor Pro Tem Espitia, Members: Hively, Wegman,
Absent: West and Cortez
2. Review and Discussion of the Draft Budget by Fund
Members present asked staff to review changes or highlights since the last meeting.
Assistant City Manager Zervis gave a review of the draft budget stating very few changes from the last meeting. He presented a balanced budget and discussed grant applications that are pending.
Zervis presented a balanced RDA budget sting that there are no major changes.
3. Review of changes to be incorporated into the 3rd Draft Budget.
4. Council Discussion
Meeting was adjourned at 6:00p.m. by motion of Wegman and Hively.
