City of Wasco Study Session Minutes
May 5, 2009
Mayor Pro Tem Espitia called the meeting to order at 5:08 p.m.

Assistant City Manager Zervis, City Clerk Hight, Public Works Director Allen,
1. City Council study session on best practices utilized in other communities to enhance and protect local revenues for community service.
Presentation by Catherine Lew of The Lew Edwards Group.
In attendance were Catherine Lew, Jennifer Root and Rick Sklarz who reported the results from the community survey where they contacted 300 random city voters.
Discussions were related to the demographics of the community and how they may vote based on the survey results.
Staff thanked Lew Edwards Group for their presentation. No action taken.
Member Hively made a motion to adjourn at 6:15 p.m.2nd by Member Wegman. Motion carried meeting adjourned.
