Joint Budget Workshop/Study Sessions
April 21, 2009
Mayor West opened the meeting at 5:07 p.m. in the Wasco City Council Chambers.
1. Roll Call
Mayor West, Member Cortez, Espitia, Hively, Wegman
Staff: Assistant City Manager Jim Zervis, Public Works Director Dan Allen, Community Development Director John Heiser and City Clerk Vickie Hight.
2. Review and Discussion of the Draft Budget by Fund
Assistant City Manager Zervis presented a balanced budget and reviewed line by line each fund.
There was brief discussion regarding the funding.
3. Review of changes to be incorporated into the 2nd Draft Budget.
There was general concession that the draft budget was accepted as presented. No action taken.
4. Council Discussion
Hearing no discussion, Mayor West adjourned the workshop at 6:20p.m.
