Member Espitia made a motion to recess to closed session, 2nd by Member Wegman, motion carried.

City Attorney Garcia stated that no reportable action was taken.
6) ADJOURNMENT
Member Hively made a motion adjourn at 2:30 p.m., 2nd by Member Wegman. Motion carried, meeting adjourned.
