3) SALE OF PROPERTY TO MARK CRAIG AND CRAIG BOYCE
a) Report, Public Hearing and Possible Approval, RE: 08-2537 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WASCO APPROVING A DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE WASCO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND MARK CRAIG AND CRAIG BOYCE. (Mittag)
Mayor Wegman opened the public hearing.
City Manager Mittag gave brief report.
Mayor Asked for comment or questions, hearing none closed the public hearing at 7:01.
Member West made a motion to approve, 2nd by Member Cortez. Motion carried with the following vote:
AYES: Wegman, Cortez, , Hively, and West.
NOES: None

Director Hively made a motion to approve, 2nd by Director Cortez. Motion carried with the following vote:

4) ADJOURNMENT Director West made a motion to adjourn to Regular City Council Meeting at 7:03 p.m. 2nd by Director Hively. Motion carried.
