1) CALL TO ORDER – Mayor Espitia called the meeting to order at 2:34p.m.
2) ROLL CALL – Mayor Espitia, Members: Hively, Wegman, West. Absent: Member Cortez
3) COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE: None
2:35p.m. Member West made motion for recess, 2nd by Member Wegman.
Mayor Espitia reconvened meeting at 2:45pm
4) Report and Possible Approval, RE: A 2007-2458 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WASCO CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS WITHIN SPECIAL TAX AREA ZONE 2005-1 WITHIN THE WASCO SPECIAL POLICE TAX AREA FOR SUBDIVISION ~FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007-08

Member West made motion to approve resolution by title, 2nd by Member Hively.
