1) CALL TO ORDER – Mayor Espitia called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
2) ROLL CALL – City Council/Redevelopment Agency
Mayor Espitia, Councilmember’s: Cortez, Pearson Wegman and West.
Redevelopment Agency - Chairman Espitia, Directors: Cortez, Pearson Wegman and West.
3) SALE OF PROPERTY TO NICOLAS TORRES JR. AND ALICIA TORRES
a) Report, Public Hearing and Possible Approval, RE: #2006-2390 A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WASCO APPROVING A DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE WASCO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND NICOLAS TORRES JR. AND ALICIA TORRES (Mittag)
Espitia opened the public hearing.
Mittag read the resolution and gave a brief report.
Espitia closed the public hearing at 7:05 p.m.
Pearson made a motion to approve, 2nd by Cortez. All in favor motion carried with the following vote:
AYES: Espitia, Cortez, Pearson, Wegman and West.
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
Attorney Peake read the resolution title.
b) Report, Public Hearing and Possible Approval, RE: #2006-111A RESOLUTION OF THE WASCO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING A DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN ITSELF AND NICOLAS TORRES JR. AND ALICIA TORRES
Pearson made a motion to approve, 2nd by Cortez. All in favor motion carried with the following vote:
AYES: Espitia, Cortez, Pearson, Wegman and West.
NOES: None

ABSENT: None
