1) CALL TO ORDER – West called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.
2) ROLL CALL – Mayor West, Council members Cortez, Espitia, Pearson and Wegman
Chairman West, Directors Cortez, Espitia, Pearson and Wegman
Cortez recused himself and left the council chambers at 7:02 p.m.
3) OPTION OF PROPERTY TO SUNNY GEM LLC
a) Report, Public Hearing and Possible Approval, RE: 2006-2381A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WASCO APPROVING A DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE WASCO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND SUNNY GEM LLC
West opened the public hearing at 7:02 p.m.
West read the reports and asked for comments. There were no comments. West closed the public hearing. Wegman made a motion to approve, 2nd by Espitia. Motion carried with the following vote:
AYES: West, Espitia, Pearson, and Wegman.
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Cortez
ABSENT: None
Attorney Peake read the resolution title.
b) Report, Public Hearing and Possible Approval, RE: 06-108 A RESOLUTION OF THE WASCO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING A DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN ITSELF AND SUNNY GEM LLC (Mittag)
West read the reports and asked for comments. There were no comments. West closed the public hearing. Wegman made a motion to approve, 2nd by Espitia. Motion carried with the following vote:
AYES: West, Espitia, Pearson, and Wegman.
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Cortez
ABSENT: None
Attorney Peake read the resolution title.
4) ADJOURNMENT: Wegman made a motion to adjourn at 7:04p.m., 2nd by Espitia. All in favor, motion carried.
