SPECIAL MEETING
Tuesday, December 5, 2006 – 6:30pm
City Council Chambers
1) CALL TO ORDER: Mayor West called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.
2) ROLL CALL: West, Cortez, Espitia and Wegman. Pearson absent
3) CLOSED SESSION: Cortez made a motion to move into closed session at 6:33 p.m., 2nd by Wegman. All in favor motion carried.
Pearson arrived at 6:38 p.m. and went into closed session.
a) Performance Evaluation – City Manager
Government Code Section 54957 (City Council)
Regular special meeting reconvened at 6:57 p.m.
Peake reported that information was provided, no action taken.
4) ADJOURNMENT: Cortez made a motion to adjourn, 2nd by Espitia. All in favor motion carried.
