c) Acceptance of Sheriff's Activity Report for the Month of June 2010.
d) Acceptance of Code Enforcement Report for the Month of June 2010.
e) Acceptance of Animal Control Report for the Month of June 2010.
f) Acceptance of Monthly Building Permit Report for the Month of June 2010.
g) Acceptance of Investment Policy and Compliance Report for the Month of June 2010.
h) Community Development Department Project Status Report for the Month of June 2010.
i) Report and Possible Approval, RE: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wasco Approving an Engagement Letter for Services between the City of Wasco and Albert & Associates, LLP to Conduct the Annual City Audit and Related Services for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2010; and any Related Documents Necessary to Complete the Engagement.
j) Report and Possible Approval, RE: Acceptance of off-site improvements constructed for Subdivision tract 6589, authorizing the developer to reduce the Performance Security Bond to 10% of the original Phase I bond amount for the off-site improvements on Phase I thirty days after the Notice of Completion is recorded authorize the start of the 12-month warranty period on all improvements and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Kern County Recorder.
k) Report and Possible Approval, RE: Approval and Authorization of a Budget Amendment Accounting for the CalGRIP Grant Award.
l) Acknowledge Receipt of Correspondence.
m) Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and
Approve Publication of All Ordinances in Summary Form.
