8) Report and Possible Introduction of an Ordinance, RE: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WASCO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 453 AND WASCO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 13.08.020.J PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WATER METERS, PAYMENT OF COSTS WITH REGARD THERETO AND IMPOSITION OF LIENS. 9) Report and Possible Approval, RE: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WASCO DECLARING SUPPORT FOR THE "SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY CLEAN ENERGY PARTNERSHIP" LED BY THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT AND THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY CLEAN ENERGY ORGANIZATION TO MAXIMIZE ACCESS, SERVICES, AND RESOURCES FROM THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CONSERVATION BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM THROUGH THE CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION.
