i) Second Reading and Possible Adoption of an Ordinance, RE: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WASCO AMENDING WASCO MUNICIPAL CODE, TITLE 17, ZONING, AMENDING 17.54 PRECISE DEVELOPMENT (P-D) COMBINING DISTRICT/PERMIT REVIEW GUIDELINES.
