a)      Approval of Minutes from the Regular Meeting on May 16, 2006.

b)      Approval of Bill Paying List.

c)      Approval of Bid Award to Griffith Company for the 5th Street Storm Drain Project authorizing the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the construction contract at a Cost Not to Exceed $200,727.

d)      Approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wasco Approving Tax Revenue Exchange Agreement Concerning City of Wasco Annexation No. 38.

e)      Approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wasco Approving an Indemnity Agreement with the Kern County Local Agency Formation Commission   Related to its Approval of Annexation No. 38.

f)      Approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wasco Related to Adoption of a County Transportation Expenditure Plan.

g)      Approval of Agreement with Alan and Julie O. Townsend Family Trust to Purchase Property and Improvements located at McCombs Road west of Annin Avenue in the Amount of $677,338.73.

h)      Approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wasco Providing for Candidate’s Statements, Translation Thereof, Charges Therefore and Otherwise Implementing the Provisions of Section 13307 of the Elections Code.

i)      Approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wasco in Support of Proposition 81: California Library Construction Bond Act of 2006.

j)      Acknowledge Receipt of Correspondence.

k)      Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and
