f)      Approval of a Resolution of the City of Wasco Approving Kern Council of Governments Transportation Development Act Transportation Claim for Fiscal Year 2006-2007.

g)      Approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wasco Declaring the Results of the Special Election held May 2, 2006 in Special Police Tax Area Zone 2006-01.

h)      Approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wasco Declaring the Results of the Special Election held May 2, 2006 in Special Police Tax Area Zone 2006-02.

i)      Approval of a Resolution Approving Cooperative Agreement No. 06-1316 with California Department of Transportation for the Installation of a Traffic Control Signal, Safety Lighting and Construction of Roadway and Drainage Improvements on State Route 46 at Griffith Avenue.
j)      Approval of a Resolution Approving Application to the California Department of Transportation for Funding under the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5311(f) Intercity Bus Program Grant.

k)      Acceptance of Donated Easements at intersection of State Route 46 and Griffith Avenue and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Certificates of Acceptance.

l)      Acknowledge Receipt of Correspondence.

m)      Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and  
     Approve Publication of All Ordinances in Summary Form.
