7)  CONSENT CALENDAR: The Consent Agenda consists of items that in staffs' opinion are routine and non-controversial.  These items are approved in one motion unless a Councilmember or member of the public removes a particular item.

a)  Approval of Minutes from the Regular Meeting on January 17, 2006.

        b)  Approval of Bill Paying List.
c)  Acceptance of December 2005 Building Permit Report.
d)  Acceptance of Sheriff’s Monthly Activity Report for December 2005.
e)  Acceptance of “Notice of Completion/Acceptance for Work” for City Hall Annex  
and Sheriff Sub-Station Modular Buildings completed by Williams/Scotsman and    
     Authorizing the City Clerk to file said Notice.
f)  Approval of Change Order for additional work requested at City Hall Annex  
             Expansion Project in the amount of $14,840.
g) Approval of revised Salary Range for Superintendent of Streets and City Projects
     position.

h)  Approval of a Resolution of the City Council Approving the final Subdivision Map,  
Improvement Plans, Improvement Security and Subdivision Agreement for Tract 6473 Phase 1, Accepting for Public Use all Dedications for the Purposes for which the are offered, Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Subdivision Agreement, and Authorize the City Clerk to endorse the Final Map and Transmit same to the County Clerk’s Office.

        i)   Approval of Wasco Dial-A-Ride (DAR) Service Policies & Procedures Manual.
j)   Acceptance of “Notice of Completion/Acceptance of Work” for Compressed  
Natural Gas (CNG) Station Project completed by ET Environmental California GP and Authorizing the City Engineer to file said Notice.

k)  Acknowledge Receipt of Correspondence.
l)  Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and  
     Approve Publication of All Ordinances in Summary Form.
