d)  Approval of Modification of Mileage Rate Reimbursement to reflect 2005 Internal

     Implementation Services at $28 per hour, expiring June 30, 2006.
f)  Approval of Agreement with State Controller for Preparation of 2004-2005 Street  
     Report, at a Cost Not to Exceed $2,000.
g)  Acknowledge Receipt of Correspondence.
h)  Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and  
     Approve Publication of All Ordinances in Summary Form.
