c) Acceptance of May 2005 Building Permit Report.
d) Acceptance of Lowest Qualified Bid to Purchase Disposal Truck for use by
Sanitation Division, Department of Public Works.
e) Acceptance of “Notice of Completion/Acceptance of Work” for the Waste Water
Plant Workshop Building Project completed by Valley Steel Construction and
Authorizing the City Engineer to Record said Notice.
f) Approval of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wasco in Support of
Senate Bill 34 (Florez) to Prohibit Sex Offenders from Legally Removing Themselves from the State of California’s “Megan’s Law” Sex Offender Web Site.
g) Acknowledge Receipt of Correspondence.
h) Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and
Approve Publication of All Ordinances in Summary Form.
