9)  CONSENT CALENDAR: The Consent Agenda consists of items that in staffs' opinion are routine and non-controversial.  These items are approved in one motion unless a Councilmember or member of the public removes a particular item.

a)  Approval of Bill Paying List.

b)  Acknowledge Receipt of Correspondence.

c)  Sheriff’s Monthly Activity Report for the following months:
        September 2004
        October 2004

d)  Approval of a Water Division Emergency Response Plan.
e)  Approval of Street Superintendent Job Description.
f)  Appointment to fill four-year term on Board of Trustees with Kern Mosquito and
     Vector Control District.

g)  Approval of Project Budget Revision for LSA for Additional Work to Complete  
     Annexation No.35 and begin Annexation No. 36 and Sphere of Influence Update Tasks
     not to exceed $11,660.

h)  Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and Approve
     Publication of All Ordinances in Summary Form.

        10)  Report, First Reading and Public Hearing, RE: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF  
       WASCO ADOPTING CHAPTER 13.19 OF THE WASCO MUNICIPAL CODE
