10/12/04 Special Joint Meeting of City Council and Recreation and Park District.
b) Approval of Bill Paying List.
c) Acknowledge Receipt of Correspondence.
d) Approval of Contract Agreement with Helt Engineering, Inc. for General
Engineering Services.
e) Adoption of a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Wasco Authorizing the City to Accept the Bid and Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Construction Agreement with Granite Construction for the Reconstruction of 8th St. from E St. to Barker Pl., 8th St. from G St. to F St., and the Alley between E St. and F St. from 8th St. to approximately 250 feet North, at a Cost not to Exceed $136,930.
f) Approve the Reading of All Ordinances and Resolutions by Title Only and Approve
Publication of All Ordinances in Summary Form.
8) Report, Discussion and Possible Minute Action, RE: Installation of Stop Signs at Poso Avenue and D Street. (Mr. Pearson)
9) Report, Discussion and Possible Adoption, RE: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
WASCO ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT NO. 6308 LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF GRIFFITH AVENUE AND FILBURN AVENUE, AND AUTHORIZING THE
REDUCTION OF THE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE BOND. (Jones)
